Rooted in trauma-informed care and embodied awareness, each session invites deep rest, honest release, and meaningful transformation. Whether it's a private 1:1 session, a small group circle, or a retreat collaboration, every experience is held with clear structure and space to feel.

Incorporates

  • Breathwork and trauma-informed guidance to support emotional release, nervous system balance, and safe somatic exploration of past experiences.

  • Sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments

  • Yoga practices, from energizing Vinyasa to deeply Restorative flows

  • Time for reflection, grounding, and deep rest—with a steady focus on presence, not performance​
