Refund Policy

1. General Information

This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by SoulScience e.U., including sessions, workshops, retreats, and related offerings booked via this website or by direct agreement. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Free Calls

Free introductory calls are offered without charge. As no payment is made, no refunds apply.

3. Individual Sessions

For paid individual sessions (e.g. breathwork, movement, sound or coaching sessions):

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for:

    • a full refund or

    • rescheduling to a later date (by agreement)

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or non-attendance, are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in exceptional circumstances.

4. Workshops & Retreats

For workshops, retreats, or multi-day events:

  • Refund and cancellation conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking or in the specific event description.

  • Unless stated otherwise:

    • Payments are non-refundable, as places are limited and reserved in advance.

    • Tickets or bookings may be transferable to another participant with prior written approval.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If applicable under the Austrian and EU Consumer Protection Laws, consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Please note that this right may not apply to services provided on a specific date or within a defined time period (such as scheduled sessions, workshops, or retreats).

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event that a service cannot be provided by SoulScience due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, force majeure), clients will be offered:

  • a full refund or

  • an alternative date or service of equal value
